Answers to the most commonly asked questions...
What are these made from?
I sculpt my originals in Bondo and Workable Epoxy. Once sculpted, a mold is made and each piece is individually hand-cast in high-quality (polyurithane) artist resin. Most of the sculptures shown below are made from this resin with steel reinforcement in the legs.
Most of the pieces shown below are original sculptures by Chris Nandell, but I also offer select resin pieces by other artists. The title/name of each sculpture is in parenthesis in the description. If an item has the letters "CM" in the description, that means it has been "customized" from it's original form.
Occasionally, I will paint or customize a mass-produced plastic model, (usually made by Breyer or Stone). In that case, the item will have CM Breyer or CM Stone in the description.

How are they painted?
All of these are hand-painted in oils with an acrylic paint mixture used for white markings and details, such as the eyes, hooves, nostrils, chestnuts etc. Each piece is them sealed with a durable acrylic matte sealer. Manes and tails are often accented with a coat of damar varnish for added ralism and shine.
How big are they?
Most of my work is 1/9th scale, (which is referred to as "Traditional" scale). Occasionally, I will work in 1/12 scale, (which is referred to as "Classic" scale). Any piece that is NOT 1/9th scale, will say so in the description of the item.

How can I pay for it?
Payment may be made by PayPal (address is: boshevo@mcloudteleco.com), Money Order, Cahsiers' Check, or Personal Check (must wait 2 weeks to clear). Please send mailed payments to: Chris Nandell - P.O. Box 260 - Newalla, OK 74857.
Do you take Time Payments?
YES! On orders of $250.00 or more. A Contract is required for ALL time-payment sales. You must make a 25% down payment, and return a copy of your signed Contract. Time payment orders MUST be paid off in 6 months. You may pay off your contract early at any time. (Time Payments incur a 10% service charge for the total amount of merchandise.
There are no refunds or exchanges on Contract sales.)
For items that qualify for time payments, the amount of down payment and the 5 monthly payment amounts
for *that* item, are listed after the price.
I can also accept a 50/50 time payment plan of 1/2 the selling amount down with the balance due in 30 days forNO additional charge.
Absolutely NO refunds!
SHIPPING CHARGES
ALL products are shipped via USPS!
Shipping is calculated on an individual basis based on the buyers zip code and the size and weight of the box, PLUS a handling fee of $6.00 per order. Customers may choose either Priority Mail (recommended) or Parcel Post. Insurance may be purchased at USPO rates.
My customers can be assured that they are never being overcharged for shipping/handling.
