2008 and Beyond
June, 2008 - I designed a number of brand-new tooling patterns and was finally able to steal away a couple of days and TOOL something! Here are a couple of photos of the first NEW tooling work I have done since I was "Chris Cook" back in 1984!
This is the first time I have used the Rio Rondo pattern OR a saddle tree.
Here it is all finished!!! This is the first Western Saddle I have tooled in 24 years. It feels GREAT to be back into miniature tack making, and I am sure that this is the first of many more saddles to come.
